DuBois, Jr. used his experience as an Attorney, F.B.I. Agent and Judge to form the foundation of high professional standards that still characterize this firm.
Edward L. DuBois, III is the President of the Firm. He joined Investigators Inc. in 1960. He is a graduate of Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After graduation, Mr. DuBois served in the United States Air Force, as an officer and pilot.
Mr. DuBois is a skilled Investigator and Polygraph expert. He has been appointed as a Special Investigator by several of Florida's State Attorneys, the Florida Supreme Court and the Florida Board of Bar Examiners.
He is the Security Representative for the National Football League, responsible for all of the League's security and investigative concerns in South Florida.
He has been appointed as Special Investigator by numerous state law enforcement agencies, to perform internal investigations and assist in complex criminal investigations. Mr. DuBois has developed a client base which includes numerous law firms, insurance companies, banks, stock brokerage firms, credit card companies, developers, airlines, government agencies, as well as a wide variety of other entities.
Edward L. DuBois, IV, joined the Firm in 2003. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. After graduation, Mr. DuBois, IV, worked as a Child Protective Investigator, as well as a Case Manager, for the Florida Department of Children and Families. He furthered his career in investigations by working for Broward County as a Compliance Agent.
Mr. DuBois, IV, is Corporate Vice President and Director of covert surveillance and investigations. His division uses state of the art equipment and techniques to achieve superior results. Mr. DuBois, IV, has been a licensed Investigator with the State of Florida since 1996.
John Breward has been a Private Investigator with the firm since 1994. He joined Investigators, Inc. following his retirement from Equifax Services. Mr. Breward specializes in mortgage fraud investigations, due diligence, and insurance matters.
Valerie Cunningham joined Investigators, Inc. in 1982 and is the firm's Office Manager. She began her career in Key West, FL with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office where she helped develop the first Human Resources Department for the Sheriff's Office.
Sally Barr is the firm's Investigative Specialist. She has been a licensed investigator in the state of Florida since 1986. From 1986 to 1991, she worked with Fortune 500 firms protecting trademark rights and coordinating investigations and seizures with the United States Marshal's Office. She also conducted marine investigations of thefts and accidents. Mrs. Barr joined Investigators, Inc. in 1991 and currently supervises and coordinates investigations for the firm.

Fidelifacts, Inc. is a nationwide company and is a subsidiary of Investigators Inc. It provides reports to be used in pre-employment screening, tenant and nanny screening, and due diligence associated with investments, mergers, acquisitions, licensing and other business decisions.
